Hi, I'm Bisrat. I like building the parts of a product people never see but always depend on: the APIs that respond instantly, the services that keep running under pressure, and the systems that stay easy to change as things grow.

I work across the full stack, from backends and microservices to web and mobile apps, and lately I've been exploring how AI agents and intelligent search can make products smarter and more useful. I care about clean, readable code, simple designs, and finishing what I start.

Voice AI Receptionist
An AI phone receptionist for a home services business. Inbound calls are answered by a Vapi voice assistant on a Twilio number, and when a call ends, a webhook sends the transcript to an Express backend that extracts the caller's intent, requested service and emergency status and stores it in PostgreSQL. A React dashboard shows every call record.
